SpaceTouch creates 3D gesture interfaces to consumer electronics, ranging from PCs, smartphones to wearable devices. We believe the next generation of user interfaces to electronic devices should be more natural and ubiquitous. People want to control their smartphone not only from the cute 4″ display, but also from everyday objects, such as coffee table or window glasses. By embedding our 3D gesture sensing sheet to these surroundings and projecting the screen to it, you will be able to touch or even air gesture to your office desk, as if you are directly manipulating your smartphone, but with a much bigger sized screen.     Yingzhe Hu

    Yingzhe is a graduate student in Electrical Engineering Department. His research focuses on designing novel sensing chips, so that electronics can have better sensing capabilities, ranging from capturing human gestures to recording bridge vibrations. During his research at Princeton, he received several research awards from top circuit conferences and innovation fellowship from Qualcomm. He is also a tennis enthusiast and hands on prototyping hobbyist.

    Liechao Huang

    Liechao grew up in China where he received his B.S. Degree in Microelectronics from Fudan University in 2010. He came to Princeton in 2010 and worked with Prof. Naveen Verma since then. Leichao’s research is mainly in CMOS VLSI, large-area-electronics (LAE) and their hybrid system design. Specifically, it is to combine LAE with CMOS to leverage the advantages of both to achieve high-performance power-management and sensing systems.

    Aoxiang Tang

    Aoxiang is a Ph.D student in the department of Electrical Engineering at Princeton University. His academic research work broadly lies in low power circuit design, statistical analysis and computer architecture. What he does everyday is to write code, to simulate hardware performance and debug. When he is not doing research, he may be at tennis court, hiking in forests, or in front of his laptop watching “How I Met Your Mother”.
