On March 29th Roger Martin, Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto joins us to present his talk 'The Battle for the Soul of Innovation in the Twenty-First Century"

Scientific thinking has made the world a better place as the source of many world-changing innovations. We generally attempt to use successful tools more intensively to exploit them to their fullest extent, and so it is with scientific thinking. However, the overuse of scientific thinking is inadvertently stifling innovation – and that problem threatens to get worse not better. This problem is at the heart of the battle for the soul of innovation in the 21st century.

Professor Roger Martin is a writer, strategy advisor and the former Dean and current Institute Director of the Martin Prosperity Institute and the Michael Lee-Chin Family Institute for Corporate Citizenship at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto in Canada.
