I AM AN INCOMING FRESHMAN, AND ALTHOUGH MY MAJOR IS UNDECLARED/UNDECIDED, I AM INTERESTED IN THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP CERTIFICATE. WHAT IS AN OPTIMAL COURSE MAP FOR THE PROGRAM?
Please see the courses listed in the Requirements for courses. Two common introductory courses: EGR 200/ENT 201 and EGR 201/ENT 200. Two core courses: must be chosen from a list, which may be updated each year by the Executive Committee. One contextual breadth course: to be chosen from a list of suggestions or be proposed by students to the program director.
CAN I TAKE ANY OF THE COURSES AS PDF?
No, all courses must be taken for a letter grade. The only exception is if PDF is the only option.
WHAT ELSE IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE THIS CERTIFICATE?
Along with the course work required, Workshop (practical skill acquisition), Practicum (learning by doing, with a high bar of excellence) and Colloquium (shared social experience) are also required to receive the Entrepreneurship certificate upon graduation.
DO I NEED TO BE IN A SPECIFIC MAJOR TO APPLY FOR THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP CERTIFICATE?
No, as long as you fulfill all the requirements you will receive the certificate upon graduation.
