Graduate Students! Are you interested in improving your three-minute research talk? Are you refining a pitch for venture capital funding? Do you simply want to be able to communicate your research in a more interesting and accessible way? Then please join us for our first Graduate Student Open Mic Night!
What you will get at open mic night:
- 15 minutes of professional training
- The opportunity to present your talk for five minutes and receive expert/peer feedback (any topic is fine – your research, a story, your VC pitch)
- Strategies that will help you to stay calm and collected while presenting
