Startup Talks with Chaac Ventures
Date and Time:
Location: Entrepreneurial Hub, Event Room 115
On Wednesday March 29, please join us at the Entrepreneurial Hub, as Chaac Ventures Founder and Managing Partner and Princeton alum Luke Armour '13 returns to campus to host office hours, and an evening conversation with Paladin founder and Princeton alumna, Kristen Sonday '09. This event is open to Princeton students, postdocs, and alumni, and is sponsored by Business Today and the Keller Center.
Chaac Ventures (www.chaacventures.com) is a Santa Monica, California based venture capital firm that focuses on making seed investments in Princeton University founded tech startups.
In May 2016, Chaac invested into New York City-based Paladin (www.joinpaladin.com). Paladin is an enterprise SaaS platform for corporate social responsibility (CSR), starting in law where there is a robust culture of pro bono work.
Recently, Kristen and Paladin received exciting coverage in Fast Company and Forbes for the work they are doing to help close the access to justice gap. Learn more about how Kristen leveraged her background at the Justice Department and Grouper (a YCombinator alum) to build Paladin, and how they're navigating the current political climate to maximize social impact.
Kristen and Luke are representatives of the Tiger alumni network and are excited to engage with current students.
Come join us for a conversation hosted by Luke Armour featuring Kristen Sonday, and the opportunity to engage with and ask questions to them, and eat pizza (yummmm)!
