As part of Women's Entrepreneurship Week (October 16-20) the Keller Center is pleased to welcome to campus Pooja Shah, CEO and Co-Founder of KidzToPros, on Tuesday, October 17.  Shah, whose previous work experience includes positions at T-Mobile, Apple, Facebook, and Google, will talk about her career trajectory and her experiences as a woman entrepreneur.

KidzToProz is an after-school sports program that brings in certified coaches for K-6 to teach soccer, tennis, basketball, baseball, softball, lacrosse, field hockey and much more. KidzToProz is a member of ERA's current cohort.

This event is open to the public and dinner will be served.

Speaker Bio

Pooja Shah is an engineer with a masters in telecommunications from SMU, Dallas, TX.  After working at T-Mobile for first 2 years after finishing school, she went to work on the first iPhone for Steve Jobs. She has launched 5 iPhone and 3 iPad's and launched the iPhones in India and Canada. She then went to work for Facebook and launched the first iOS app for Facebook. She was part of small team within Facebook called internet.org who have a mission of providing internet connectivity in every part of the world. At KidzToPros, which she started less than a year ago, she is building a technology company that make enrichment for kids affordable and accessible for every kid in America.
