Serge Loncar is a digital health entrepreneur and angel investor. Most recently he was the Head of Patient Engagement at OptimizeRx (NASDAQ: OPRX) which in late 2018 acquired CareSpeak Communications, the company Serge founded in 2011. At OPRX he led the commercialization of the Patient Engagement business serving pharmaceutical manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, hospital systems, health plans and medical device manufacturers.
Prior to starting CareSpeak, Serge worked in leadership roles at Songbird Hearing, and cdnow.com, with exits to P&G and Bertelsmann respectively. In his early career he held various marketing, product development and sales positions with Johnson & Johnson consumer health and medical device businesses, PepsiCo, and the United Nations Development Program. He holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
