EVAL Gaming is redefining esports recruitment and player development by bringing regulation and standardization to competitive gaming—much like the NCAA does for traditional sports. Our mission is to establish a structured, data-driven ranking system that objectively evaluates high school gamers, providing measurable insights into their performance and potential.
Inspired by the Player Proficiency Framework (PFF) in the NFL, we are creating a framework that ensures fairness, transparency, and credibility in esports recruiting. Through high school rankings, recruiting databases, and player evaluation events, EVAL is building a pathway for gamers to earn college scholarships, professional opportunities, and industry recognition.
