Nic is an academic coach, learning strategist and founding partner of Voge Academy, a platform that harnesses the human drives for meaning and fulfillment to cultivate essential skills, satisfaction and self-worth among students and professionals. Working in University educational development for nearly three decades at UCBerkeley and Princeton University, he publishes, presents, and consults internationally for both faculty and students. Prioritizing student academic engagement and flourishing, he has spearheaded several innovations, including founding the Princeton Perspective Project, Principedia, and the Academic Resilience Consortium. He currently directs academic development programs for undergraduate and graduate students in the McGraw Center for Teaching & Learning at Princeton University. His TedX talk on understanding and overcoming procrastination has garnered over 3,000,000 views.
