Stacy Kornhauser is a transformative leader at Nokia Bell Labs, where she serves as Chief of Staff/Project Manager for Bell Labs Solutions Research. She has extensive experience spearheading complex projects and fostering collaborative environments. Beyond her core responsibilities of managing the organization’s KPIs and various other projects, she champions STEM education, supporting global outreach programs for middle and high school students and mentoring summer interns, significantly improving their networking opportunities. She project manages UPitchNJ, a university partnership program along with a cross-University team, and founded a community engagement initiative at Nokia, positively impacting over 1,000 colleagues.
