Wellsheet applies machine learning to Electronic Health Records (EHRs) to radically improve the physician experience, hospital efficiency, and care quality. Wellsheet combines technical excellence and user-centric design expertise to deliver consumer-grade products that solve some of the most complex problems in health care delivery.
Located in the Financial District of NYC, we are a venture-funded team of engineers, physicians, and designers. Our alma maters include Amazon, Betterment, Flatiron Health, and IBM Watson.
Our technology is deployed in multiple health systems across the country, where we have reduced time spent in the EHR by approximately 40% which leads to reduced physician burnout.
Physicians point to Electronic Health Records, EHRs, as the greatest source of professional dissatisfaction in the healthcare industry due to their cumbersome interfaces and lack of tooling to support physician workflows. Wellsheet solves this problem by integrating directly with EHRs via APIs to provide physicians a radically better application for diagnosing and treating patients.
We have over 40 hospitals under contract including some of the most prestigious health systems in the world. Case studies conducted at these hospitals have shown Wellsheet significantly improves physician experience, hospital efficiency, and quality of care. By maintaining a tight feedback loop between physician end users and our product team, we are able to create a best in class experience in the industry.
In May 2020, we closed our Series A led by SpringTide investments, a venture fund specifically focused on AI in Healthcare. We expect strong growth over the next year as hospitals seek to improve inefficiencies exposed by the pandemic. We are currently on track to raise our Series B in Q1 2022.
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic to contribute across a wide range of needs, including business development, customer success, marketing, and PR. This is an ideal opportunity to learn and develop at a rapidly growing company at the intersection of technology and healthcare.
What you'll do:
- Explore and research new engagement with target health systems and payers by assisting in the execution of outreach campaigns
- Assist in research on major health systems and payers to determine compatibility as potential clients
- Assist with an array of special projects that advance the mission of our Sales and Marketing team at Wellsheet

We work hard, but like to have fun too! Our office is bountiful in snacks and drinks and is located in Manhattan’s bustling financial district surrounded by many entertainment options. We are flexible in our remote work policies and are constantly planning events in and around the city for team bonding.
