Business Operations Intern - GlossGenius

As a business operations intern, you’ll be a significant part of the team and you will have the opportunity to make an impact from day one. You will work on identifying and developing opportunities for business development and growth, creating strategic assets to support our business operations, and helping to inform analysis of key data and insights. You’ll also partner with various leaders and members of the Go to Market, Product, and Data teams (to name a few) to achieve project initiatives and you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of the business.

What You’ll Do

You will support various ad hoc company-wide initiatives across a diverse set of teams including but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Product. Some types of projects you may work on include:

• Strategize on and build growth hacking channels, from inception to execution
• Research new opportunities for business development and build a pipeline of prospects
• Work with cross-functional teams to test and measure new features through focus groups, user feedback and research
• Work on Product requirements needed to onboard and optimize the prospects brought on
• Drive operational initiatives and special management projects as needed
• Contribute to blog posts, help create content, and own other areas where documentation and content creation is needed
