Responsibilities and Duties
- Work closely with the Product Management team to improve product adoption
- Use product usage data to understand customer pain points and recommend possible solutions to the product team
- Constant learning and collaborating with the team to develop best practices for product
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or a relevant field
- Proficient in MS Excel, SQL, Python, and R
- Skilled in visualizing data using tools like PowerBI, GA, Holistics etc
- Strong analytical skills
- Streamlined thinking and logical depth to break down complex problems
