Steve is an executive leader with a background spanning numerous industries and companies of differing scales and scopes. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and CFO of Newcleus, a PE-backed fintech and financial services firm in Newtown, PA.
Steve founded Princeton Capital Ventures in 2018, to pursue his passion of advising and mentoring startups and growth stage companies. To date, Steve has advised firms in the fields of life sciences, medical devices, SaaS, professional services, AR/VR recreational technology, and Blockchain applications. His areas of expertise include executive strategy, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate budgeting, cash flow forecasting, legal and tax planning, and HR/employment law.
Steve holds active licenses as both an Attorney and a CPA. He received his BS in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University, and J.D. and MBA degrees from Temple University.
