Dr. Carmen Rojas is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Workers Lab, an organization founded in 2014 that invests in experiments and innovation to build power for working people in the 21st century. For more than 20 years, Carmen has worked with foundations, financial institutions, and nonprofits to improve the lives of working people across the United States. Now through the Workers Lab, Carmen works alongside more than 50 organizations to develop solutions to the most pressing issues facing workers, which often include fighting for living wages, proper benefits, a voice on the job, and more.
