Matt Barbieri, CPA has over 15 years of experience providing accounting and auditing services to some of the firm’s largest clients. His depth of experience includes audits, reviews, compilations and tax services. He provides business advisory and audit services to individuals, privately held businesses, publicly traded enterprises and companies pursuing IPO.

As a Partner-in-Charge of the Media, Technology and Life Sciences group, his focus ranges from startup companies in their inception stages and seed financing to helping developed companies and continuing their organic growth. He stays in touch with important and current issues by regularly attending tech meet-ups.

Matt is also an active speaker to the accounting society at Rider, presenting on various topics related to the public accounting industry.

Ryan Silva, CPA, CFE, CVA as a Partner primarily focuses on Attestation Engagements and Transaction Advisory Services. He takes pride in forging strong client relationships and in providing consistently outstanding client service. Ryan understands the complex business needs of companies from pre-revenue startups to large consolidated multinational ones, and is involved with clients from ideation to exit.
