Members of the School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS) gathered to celebrate the recent announcement the former Princeton engineering professor and Keller Center director Mung Chiang will be taking the helm as President of Purdue University in January of 2023.

SEAS Dean Andrea Goldsmith raised her glass and thanked Chiang for his tireless work building up the entrepreneurial community and momentum here at Princeton and congratulated him on the strides he has made already as current Dean of the School of Engineering at Purdue.

"It is so wonderful coming back to campus, seeing all my colleagues and friends, people who were essential in my growth here at Princeton. When I pulled into town, I turned off my GPS because I knew I was home," remarked Chiang.
