Project Leadership is a web-based app with the mission to increase the diversity of STEM leadership by empowering all individuals to develop leadership skills in themselves and others. In the app, students identify leadership skills to develop, track their progress, and provide feedback to their peers. From this process, students identify themselves as leaders, interact with different styles of leadership, and reflect on effective leadership skills.
