In November, members of the Keller Center Advisory Council joined us on campus for two whirlwind days full of collaboration and vision-building. Their insights and expertise are helping us grow our community, develop a dynamic design program, and bring our shared vision of creating societal impact through innovative education to life.

Keller Director Sigrid Adriaenssens and Associate Director Janet Vertesi hosted a dynamic mix of returning and new council members, creating opportunities for meaningful dialogue with Keller faculty, students, and staff. The group also toured our offices, creative classrooms, the Makerspace, and our future home at 110 Prospect Avenue, spaces designed to foster innovation and hands-on learning.

“Our council brings together a superb range of expertise, from engineering school leadership and social entrepreneurship to design program development and venture creation,” said Adriaenssens. “Comprising alumni and non-alumni, entrepreneurs and designers, they offered candid, strategic advice on how to position our programs for impact on campus and beyond.”

This visit marked a significant step in strengthening partnerships and shaping the future of Keller’s programs. We are grateful for the council’s commitment and look forward to continuing this work together.
