Flashpoint Venture Capital is an international asset management firm that invests in tech companies in the UK, Eastern Europe, and Israel (and expat founders from these key regions).
We are currently searching for startups for our third $100M equity fund. We are open to all investments, but our sweet spot is business-to-business software-as-a-service solutions in the initial revenues stage (round “A”).
We invest in companies with $500k annual revenues or $50k MRR. Some of our investments include Shazam, which we sold to Apple, chess.com, the largest chess site, and Guesty, the Israeli Airbnb property management platform with over 200 employees.

Internship Description
Flashpoint is seeking an extraordinary candidate to help our Israeli equity fund team in all processes of lead generation and investment opportunity search. As part of the internship program, the lucky person that will join us will be exposed to the following parts of investment in local startup:
- Lead generation; searching through local and international databases for companies that may fit Flashpoint’s investment profile;
- Meeting with startup CEOs together with one of the local investment team;
- Performing a full due diligence process for startups that received a “green light” from the global investment team;
- Potentially closing an investment deal (this last step is not guaranteed)
