Internship Description
We are seeking a Management and Strategy Intern to support our strategy and operations teams. This role will involve working on high-impact projects that drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. You’ll be involved in data analysis, market research, strategic planning, and operational execution. This is a unique opportunity for a high-energy, driven individual to contribute to Yulu’s growth while gaining valuable experience in strategic and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Gather and analyze data to support strategic initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in formulating and executing strategic plans, identifying growth opportunities, and evaluating potential partnerships or markets.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze operational and financial data to assess performance, identify gaps, and suggest improvements. Present findings through reports and dashboards.
- Project Management: Support various cross-functional projects, ensuring milestones are met and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and recommend solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Analyze feedback to propose strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Presentation Development: Prepare presentations for the leadership team to communicate strategic insights and recommendations.
Key Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and basic knowledge of SQL (preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and persuasively.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Team Player: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and open to feedback and collaboration.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital tools for project management (like Asana, Trello) and data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
