Internship Description
We’re looking for an intern to support our Marketing team in creating a robust community around the EV ecosystem. This would include developing strategic partnerships and referral and affiliate programs to encourage mass adoption of electric vehicles. This internship offers practical experience in partnership outreach, marketing automation, and building a brand that transcends through b2b and b2c, allowing you to play a key role in growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Engagement: Kazam’s stakeholders span across investment funds, climate tech think tanks, and automobile brands - research within and externally to find the right partnerships to drive conversation around the world of EV.
- Referral & Affiliate Program Development: Aid in designing, launching, and growing referral and affiliate programs to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Marketing Automation: Find and implement best in class marketing automation tools to streamline daily operations, reduce marketing manhours on repetitive tasks, and supercharge productivity
- Content Development Coordination: Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging materials—such as newsletters, social media updates, and blog posts—that support community and partnership efforts.
- Industry Research: Conduct research on EV industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform and enhance our marketing strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of marketing, partnership, and referral initiatives using key metrics and analytics tools, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Passion for EV and Sustainability: Interest in the electric vehicle sector and sustainable development is a plus.
- Experience with Digital Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM, and email marketing tools is advantageous.
- Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and present ideas effectively.
- Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of performance metrics and data interpretation; experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is preferred.
