Internship Description

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and creative intern to assist in designing the organizational culture and structure that will enable Rapido’s long-term growth and success. This role involves conducting in-depth research, analyzing current organizational practices, and proposing actionable frameworks and roadmaps for culture and structure to support Rapido’s scaling ambitions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Culture:

  1. Culture Audit:
    • Assess Rapido’s current cultural practices, values, and engagement metrics.
    • Conduct research on successful cultural strategies in high-growth startups and established companies.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Conduct interviews and focus groups with leadership, managers, and employees to understand cultural expectations and pain points.
    • Facilitate workshops or discussions to align on core values and cultural aspirations.
  3. Framework Development:
    • Design a scalable culture blueprint that aligns with Rapido’s 10-year vision and growth trajectory.
    • Propose rituals, behaviors, and initiatives that foster innovation, collaboration, and resilience.

Organizational Structure:

  1. Current State Analysis:
    • Map Rapido’s existing organizational structure, including reporting lines and decision-making processes.
    • Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and gaps that could hinder scaling.
  2. Research Best Practices:
    • Benchmark organizational structures of hyper-growth startups and industry leaders.
  3. Future-Ready Design:
    • Develop a scalable organizational structure model that supports 100X growth over the next decade.
    • Propose role hierarchies, reporting frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration mechanisms.

Strategic Integration:

  1. Alignment:
    • Ensure that the proposed culture and structure are tightly aligned with Rapido’s mission, vision, and business goals.
  2. Roadmap Creation:
    • Draft a detailed, actionable plan for implementing the proposed culture and structure, including milestones and metrics for success.

Presentation:

  • Prepare compelling presentations and reports summarizing research, insights, and recommendations.
  • Present findings to the CHRO and senior leadership team for review and feedback.
