eLab Incubator

The eLab Incubator provides students with resources in which to pursue their entrepreneurial ambitions. The program runs from early-October to early-May. Students must commit to the following:

  • Meeting with a mentor/advisor on a regular basis
  • Conduct regular team update meetings
  • Provide monthly updates to the Program Manager and Coordinator
  • Provide fall and spring progress reports to the Program Manager and Coordinator
  • Agree to the Princeton Entrepreneurial Hub Code of Conduct (Note: This will be sent out for review and signature once the Hub has reopened for in-person activity.)

Participation in the Incubator helps prepare students for the more intensive Summer Accelerator. If admitted to the Accelerator, teams can continue to develop their product or service, receive funding, mentorship and coaching, and launch their venture.


  • Access to a growing network of mentors
  • Entrepreneurship workshops and sessions
  • Office hours with specialists
  • Eligible to apply for a modest amount of project funding


  • Currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate Princeton University students at the time of application
  • Graduating seniors are welcome
  • All majors are welcomed and encouraged
  • Both for-profit and not-for-profit ventures are encouraged to apply
  • Applicants must have a well-defined startup idea or product

Key Dates

  • September 2, 2020: Application period opens
  • September 30, 2020 at 11:59 pm: Application deadline
  • October 5, 2020: Incubator starts
  • October 14, 2020: Fall/Intercession and AY program plans due
  • February 1, 2021: Fall/Intercession progress report due
  • May 7, 2021: Spring progress report due
  • May 7, 2021: Incubator ends
