Melanie Savoia is the People Manager for TimescaleDB. She strives to enrich the employee experience through relationship building, strategic evaluation, and clear policy communication. She uses her hospitality and student orientation experience to delight and inspire her team with customized events that affirm and reinforce the team's culture and values. Melanie's favorite part of the job is building lasting relationships with everyone on her team. In her free time she enjoys scrapbooking, eating cheese, and watching the Golden Girls.
