Teams exist to produce results far beyond the sum of the capabilities of the individual team members. How to get the most out of a team is tricky. This session will explore how teams work best and how and why they so often fail. It will also cover the role of the leader or multiple leaders in establishing dynamics so that the differing personalities and skills on the team work together effectively.

Requests for accommodations can be made when you register to attend. Please provide at least 7 days advance notice.
