Business Development Intern - GlossGenius

As a business development intern, you’ll be a significant part of the team and have the opportunity to make an impact from Day 1. In this role, you will work on researching, identifying and developing opportunities for business development and growth. One moment you’ll be thinking creatively about ideas for partnerships and the next moment you’ll be thinking analytically about how to research and validate new areas for growth or how to growth hack user acquisition. If you want to support all business operations and want to understand what it takes to build an early stage company and gain exposure to all aspects of the business, including Sales, Marketing, Management, Product and Operations, then this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Strategizing on and building growth hacking channels, from inception to execution
• Researching new opportunities for business development and build a pipeline of prospects
• Assisting with business development initiatives and outreach
• Working with the team to test and measure new features through focus groups, user feedback and research
• Work on Operations and Product requirements needed to onboard and optimize the prospects brought on
• Driving operational initiatives and special management projects as needed
• Contributing to blog posts and content
