Internship Description
As a Data Analyst / Computer Science Intern at IndiQube, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our property and client management processes. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to analyze diverse datasets that represent our properties and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to create a user-friendly front-end dashboard that provides real-time insights into inventory, expected vacancies, and property-specific features. This dashboard will empower stakeholders to make informed decisions and facilitate data updates through a backend provision.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze various datasets related to properties and clients, identifying key trends, patterns, and metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and understand their data needs.
- Dashboard Development:
- Design and develop an interactive front-end dashboard that visualizes real-time inventory and vacancy metrics.
- Ensure the dashboard effectively catalogs property-specific features for easy reference by stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback on dashboard functionality and usability.
- Provide actionable insights via data analysis to assist stakeholder decision-making.
- Backend Data Management:
- Implement a backend system that allows stakeholders to update data points seamlessly.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across the dashboard and backend systems.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Document processes, findings, and methodologies used in your analysis and dashboard development.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights to the team and management.
Additional Requirements
Advanced MS Excel skills with knowledge of developing front end dash boards and provisions for backend data base update.
