I am the Vice President of Digital Labs at American Express, an innovation incubator which launches tech products for millions of consumers and businesses every year. I am also the founder of Thrilling, a venture-capital backed platform for thousands of small businesses. Thrilling was ranked by Fast Company as one of the top ten most innovative retail companies and I was fortunate to be named by Inc. Magazine as one of the country's top female founders. I currently serve on the boards of Goodwill NY/NJ and Bank Street College of Education, and was previously on the board of First Republic Bank.

What attracted you to the Keller Center?

First and foremost I am drawn to the people and community - the Keller Center is comprised of smart, curious, generous and humane students, faculty and staff that make me feel hopeful for our future. I also absolutely love the Keller Center's focus on societal impact, and the emphasis on the humanity of the technology we create. Every company has unintended impacts on people and planet, so it is imperative that we are as thoughtful as possible in the design and execution of our ideas.

What advice would you have for students about getting involved at the Keller Center?

Do not be shy about reaching out to faculty or staff with a question or an idea - we would welcome the engagement. We can help you navigate the vast resources available and we would also be delighted to connect you to people within or outside of the Princeton community who may be of interest or helpful to you.

What will students be able to take away from your classes?

I teach Entrepreneurial Leadership, a course designed to inspire, empower and prepare students for the great adventure of entrepreneurship. While the journey is exhilarating, budding founders are often caught off guard by how lonely and vulnerable the twists and turns can make them feel. By the end of the course, you will deeply understand your strengths and needs, you will know how to motivate and form productive relationships with others, and you will be prepared to navigate the inevitable crises that confront every founder. The class will feature dynamic guest speakers, compelling case studies, and team exercises.
