With a few weeks of remote learning under their belts, the Keller Center faculty are settling into new technologies and new approaches to teaching while keeping standards, expectations, and, most importantly, the transfer of knowledge consistent with what Princeton students depend upon.

The University’s unexpected transition to remote learning brings challenges to everyone, especially faculty who provide experiential environments to build skills and understanding for students. We spoke with Keller faculty member Sheila Pontis about the process of creating an impactful semester for her design students in a virtual classroom.

Approximately 500 students remain housed on campus under a "stay at home" (in dorm) mandate. One of those students is Alexis Sursock '23, who happens to be a Keller Center communications intern. We talked to Alexis via Zoom to see how he is adjusting and what it feels like to be on campus at this time.

Baseline Labs is a data analytics platform that makes personal health data more accessible to consumers through point-of-care biomarker testing. Founder Brian Kang and his team will be part of the summer 2020 eLab Accelerator working on launching their healthcare initiative. 

Yidian Liu and her team of graduate students from the Department of Architecture will be heading into the eLab Summer Accelerator in a few months to launch their quick-service restaurant company. The Crumpet Society is themed around the traditional English griddle cake. Here is a taste of what they have planned for the summer.
